If I’d managed to read the books I planned to read this year, you’d probably be reading something considerably more detailed and substantial. But that didn’t happen.
If I’d managed to read the books I planned to read this year, I’d have had a much better handle on the Inverted-U Curve I mentioned in the 2023 Year in Review. That didn’t happen either.
If I’d managed to read the books I planned to read this year, I’d have spent a lot more money on books. Which also didn’t happen — though I suspect that’s the one I should feel good about.
Alas!?
Even so, I made myself a promise to keep track, and I’ll honour it. Here’s what I did read in 2024 — with the hope that 2025 goes more according to plan.
